When do you deliver?
For all courier deliveries, we aim to dispatch orders placed before 12:00 on the same day – and these are sent via Yodel's Xpress ‘next day delivery’ service.
Where do you deliver?
We currently can offer standard delivery to mainland England, Wales and Southern Scotland.
If your outside these locations please get in touch at email@example.com and we’ll see what we can do. There may be an additional cost involved.
How much does delivery cost?
We offer FREE delivery to the above areas for orders over £40. For orders under £40, delivery costs £6.95. There is a minimum value of single orders of £20.
How long does it take?
Yodel's Xpress service serves aims to deliver the beer the following day. This isn’t always possible, because unfortunately unexpected events and real-life can get in the way – but Yodel will keep you informed of when to expect delivery, and if in any doubt get in touch with us.
We’ll inform you if we know of any other reasons for delay but we are unable to accept any liability for any delays.
Can I collect from you?
We do not have the option of collection at this point in time.
How will I be updated?
You will receive updates relating to your delivery via SMS and email, and Yodel will keep you posted about your delivery
What if I’m out?
Your package won’t be left with neighbours or in safe place - as it contains alcohol we have to be careful it doesn't end up in the wrong hands.
Yodel will attempt to deliver several times, and if unsuccessful your package will be returned to the depot. If they are unsuccessful we will need to get in contact with you to discuss your options. If we are unable to get in contact your beer will be returned to us and will process a refund (less the costs incurred during delivery attempts).
