When do you deliver?
For all courier deliveries, we currently dispatch orders on a Tuesday and Thursday each week – and these are sent via DHL’s ‘next day delivery’ service.
Where do you deliver?
We currently can offer standard delivery to mainland England, Wales and Southern Scotland – Zones A & B (yellow and light grey) on the map below:
If your outside these locations or want delivery on a different day, please get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll see what we can do. There may be an additional cost involved.
How much does delivery cost?
We offer FREE delivery to the above areas for orders over £40. For orders under £40, delivery costs £6.95. There is a minimum value of single orders of £20.
How long does it take?
DHL’s next day serves aims to deliver the beer the following day – so our Tuesday packages arrive on Wednesday and our Thursday packages arrive on Friday (in time for the weekend!). This isn’t always possible, because unfortunately unexpected events and real-life can get in the way – but DHL will keep you informed of when to expect delivery, and if in any doubt get in touch with us.
We’ll inform you if we know of any other reasons for delay but we are unable to accept any liability for any delays.
Can I collect from you?
We do not have the option of collection at this point in time.
How will I be updated?
You will receive updates relating to your delivery via SMS or email (depending on your selection at checkout) and DHL will keep you posted about your delivery, including sharing a one hour delivery window the day before (so please do try to be in or make other arrangements) via the DHL link.
What if I’m out?
Your package won’t be left with neighbours without your specific permission (through the DHL service).
DHL will attempt one delivery, and if unsuccessful your package will be returned to the depot. DHL will then attempt a second delivery the following day – and if again unsuccessful we will need to get in contact with you to discuss your options. If we are unable to get in contact your beer will be returned to us and will process a refund (less the costs incurred during delivery attempts).
