Surely making beer has its own negative impact on the planet. What are you doing about that?
We know that making and shipping beer, sourcing ingredients, even running this website has an impact on the world around us. This is something we take incredibly seriously and whilst its too early for us evidence exactly how we’re doing, but here are some of the things we're genuinely working on:
- Measuring the impact through our whole supply chain
- Sustainable packaging – sourcing renewable or recycled materials as we grow
- Carbon neutral servers to host our webshop and business
- Selecting the right delivery partners - using electric or sustainable options like cycle couriers in London
Why should I drink Really Good Beer?
Do you like beer? Ok, good. Do you like beer that tastes amazing? Oh you do! Then you should drink Really Good Beer Society beers. We’re incredibly picky about what makes it onto our (virtual) shelves – and hope you’ll thank us for it. Don’t expect any weird surprises. Do you sell beer internationally?
We haven’t yet, but that doesn’t mean we can’t! Get in touch at email@example.com
Do I need to register to order?
Absolutely not – but if you do we can save your address info to speed up the process when you come back for more. We won’t save your credit card/payment info for security reasons.
Is your beer vegan?
All our beer is proudly vegan – made without finings (unnecessary animal things).
Something terrible has happened with my order – what do I do?!

Can I change my order once I have placed it?
So long as we haven’t shipped it, we might be able to help change it – get in touch at email@example.com
How do I track my order?
Our delivery partner (Yodel) will share tracking details once your order has been dispatched (by email and/or SMS if you gave your mobile number at checkout).

What happens if I haven’t received my order?
If you've been notified that it's been shipped, Yodel will do their absolutely best to deliver "next business day" (and will keep you posted) – but very rarely things happen that means this isn’t possible. If in doubt, get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org
I would like to sell or stock your beer (because it’s amazing) – how do I do this?
Drop us a line at email@example.com – whilst early days, we’re on the lookout for new stockists and opportunities so you own a pub, shop, or are running an event let’s see what we can do!
